An initial visit from an auctioneer is free, we can outline saleable items and provide a collective estimate of contents value. We will then provide a fixed price for the transport of saleable items to auction and disposal and clearance of the remainder. The cost of the removal is deducted from the auction sale proceeds and a complete itemised statemented provided.
